An impressive white, from the exquisite Greek variety Kydonitsa. The grapes come from vineyards in the Nemea region, in clayey soils with good drainage. The vinification involves different containers such as stainless steel tanks and large French oak barrels, at a controlled temperature, while the maturation on the fine lees that follows for about four months, contributes to the depth and complexity of the wine.
